I. Scope of land requisition

Part of the plot of the three-bank horticultural farm east of Tongguling Road, Qingxiu District, Nanning, is subject to the scope determined by the blue line diagram of the project.

Second, the purpose of land acquisition

Qingshan Garden, as the construction land for farmers to rebuild their houses and resettle their industries, is planned to be developed as residential land.

Three. Compensation and resettlement for land acquisition and demolition

The compensation and resettlement standards for land acquisition and demolition shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice of Nanning Municipal People's Government on Implementing the Comprehensive Land Price in the Expropriation Area (N.F.G. [2020] 12).
