The building adopts the shape of cuckoo house, which continues the design concept of the first phase. The first and second phases of the building are surrounded by big trees in the yard, forming a spatial dialogue. Combined with the curve of the first phase of the moving line, the triangular moving line of the landscape also unfolds around it, shaping the whole courtyard of Rhododendron Akita into a clover shape representing luck. Akita Bugu Boutique B&B Hotel, located at the foot of Mogan Mountain in Deqing, Zhejiang Province, was converted from an abandoned old campus. The architectural design of the small "valley" house makes the old campus look brand-new. Returnees from Taiwan Province Province who have lived in Britain for many years have endowed this old campus with new soul and life with their unique ideas and operational concepts.
