There are 18 high school teachers' posts (vocational education center in the development zone), 40 junior high school teachers' posts (including 5 special postgraduate posts), 72 primary school teachers' posts and 20 kindergarten teachers' posts. In principle, the recruited non-in-service personnel work in non-urban teachers' posts. See the attached table for specific post settings.
Third, the scope and target of recruitment
1, open recruitment for the society.
2, the national ordinary colleges and universities fresh and previous graduates;
3. Other personnel who meet the application conditions and job requirements;
4. Graduates with full-time postgraduate education or above from six key normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education (Beijing Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Huazhong Normal University, East China Normal University, Shaanxi Normal University and Southwest University) can directly enter the physical examination, do not take the exam, and do not occupy the quota of this teacher recruitment position.
Four. Qualifications and conditions 1. 6. If one of the following conditions is met, the academic qualifications and age can be appropriately relaxed: the first prize winner of excellent courses above the municipal level, the academic leader above the municipal level, the famous teacher in Zhumadian City, the rookie in Zhumadian City, and the top ten teachers above the county level. Those who apply for the post of primary school teacher can relax the first degree to full-time unified recruitment of technical secondary school or above; Applicants for junior and senior high school teacher positions can relax their first degree to full-time junior college or above. The age can be relaxed to below 45 years old (1 born after July, 9661).
7. Candidates who apply for computer network technology, mechatronics technology, applied electronic technology and fashion design in senior high school can be relaxed to full-time college degree or above. Those who have not obtained the teacher qualification certificate must have the intermediate or above skill level certificate of this major.

This recruitment and qualification examination work runs through the whole recruitment process. Full-time candidates with master's degree or above may be exempted from written examination if the number of applicants is less than 1:5. If you apply for other positions, you need to take a written test. Six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education enroll full-time graduate students with master's degree or above, and they enter the physical examination directly without examination.

(1) The written test time is 20 1 1 on July 26th, and the exam is over. The main contents of the examination are pedagogy, psychology, educational laws and regulations, new curriculum ideas, and relevant knowledge that teachers in corresponding disciplines should possess. The perfect score is 100.
According to document No.8 [2008] issued by Zhumadian Economic Development Zone, the following persons will be given extra points: those who have participated in the college student village cadre plan and the "three supports and one support" plan for college graduates within the jurisdiction of Zhumadian Economic Development Zone for two years and meet other policies and regulations will be given extra points. Applicants who intend to enjoy the bonus policy must submit relevant certificates and vouchers before the afternoon of 20 1 1 Sunday 17: 00, and will not be accepted after the deadline.

After the written test, at 20 1 1 on the morning of July 30th, the candidates' written test scores and bonus points were sorted according to the employment positions. 2. Interview.
(1) Organize an interview. The interview time will be announced separately. The interview mainly examines the applicant's subject knowledge, teachers' basic literacy, language expression ability, appearance and manners, etc. , full score 100.
(2) announce the interview results. After the interview, the candidates' interview results will be sorted by employment position and announced on the spot.
3. Publish the total score. According to the written test scores and interview scores, which account for 50\% of the total scores respectively, they are sorted and published after being included in the total scores.

According to the employment post setting, the candidates for physical examination are determined from high score to low score, and the ratio of the number of people participating in physical examination to the number of people setting positions is 1: 1. If the number of recruits is vacant due to unqualified medical examination, it will be replenished in turn according to the total score.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the Physical Examination Standards and Methods for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Henan Province (Trial). The physical examination shall be undertaken by a medical institution with the qualification of Grade II or above.

(9) Pre-job training. The education department is responsible for the pre-job training of new employees. The main contents of the training are teachers' morality education, new curriculum ideas, teaching materials and teaching methods, and the basic requirements for performing duties.
