Residential building for catering permission
1. Brief introduction of catering license:

The Catering Service License, the business license of China catering industry, is based on the Food Safety Law which came into effect on June 1 2009 and the Catering Service License which was officially opened in China on June 1 2009, replacing the Food Hygiene License which has been used for decades.

Two. Materials to be submitted for catering license:

1. application for catering service license;

2. Name pre-approval certificate (a copy of business license can be provided for those who have engaged in other businesses);

3. A copy of the identity certificate of the legal representative (person in charge or owner);

4. The directly responsible person in charge has no violation certificate (handled by the inspection department of the US Food and Drug Administration in Yishui);

5, food safety management personnel by the food and drug supervision and management department training;

6, catering service practitioners health examination and food safety knowledge training certificate;

7. Relevant legal use certificates such as house ownership certificate or lease agreement of catering service places. The location of catering service places should meet the requirements (the location is more than 25m away from pollution sources such as cesspits, sewage ponds, open-air garbage dumps (stations) and dry toilets, and it is set outside the influence range of diffuse pollution sources such as dust, harmful gases and radioactive substances);

8. The location map, floor plan, equipment layout, processing flow, sanitary facilities and other schematic diagrams and descriptions of the catering service business premises (the total area of the business premises, the name and area of each functional room, the location of sanitary facilities such as cleaning and disinfection, the location of doors and windows, and the direction of people flow and logistics should be indicated);

9. Various rules and regulations to ensure food safety.

Third, the catering licensing department:

Food and drug administration at or above the county level.
