Strictly review the qualifications of canteen operators, and the canteen shall not be contracted to unqualified personnel or subcontracted. It is necessary to strengthen the training of food safety-related laws, regulations and professional knowledge for food safety managers and employees, especially new recruits, improve their professional quality and management ability, continuously improve the overall management level of food safety in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, eliminate food safety hidden dangers and prevent food safety incidents.

Restaurant tools must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before use. Processed foods must be thoroughly cooked, and foods prone to food poisoning should be processed by designated personnel. Processed cooked products should be stored separately from food raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products to prevent cross-contamination. Food must not come into contact with poisonous and unclean things. The canteen should strengthen the management of leftovers, and the food for sale must be stored in the food preparation room, and measures to prevent flies, dust and rats should be implemented.
It is necessary to establish a food safety accountability system and seriously deal with behaviors that damage health due to food safety problems. We should conscientiously implement the "Requirements for Food Safety Management in Kindergartens" and the "Self-inspection Form for Food Safety Special Renovation in School Canteen", carry out comprehensive investigation and management according to the contents of the self-inspection form, and work out specific rectification measures for the problems identified.

In order to improve the food safety knowledge level of canteen staff, at noon, the health care teacher in our garden gave them a vivid Summer food safety knowledge popularization class. This training strengthened the professional quality of canteen staff, improved their work skills and ensured the food safety of teachers and students.
In order to improve children's awareness of food safety, class teachers have carried out educational activities with the theme of "Little Guardians of Food Safety", and used collective teaching, games, conversations and other forms to strengthen children's understanding of food safety.
The safety leading group also strengthened the inspection of the kindergarten canteen, conducted a comprehensive safety inspection of the canteen, carefully checked the sensory quality, shelf life and purchase vouchers of various foods, and eliminated all kinds of safety hazards.
