Working principle of each unit
1. The metal pulverizer is mainly composed of worm motor, casing, upper moving knife, upper static knife, lower moving knife, lower static knife and transmission shaft. The reduction motor is a directly connected worm gear reduction motor, which is directly installed on the driving shaft of the pulverizer and transmitted to the driven shaft through gear speed change, so that the upper and lower moving knives on the driving shaft form relative motion with the upper and lower static knives. The upper moving knife is installed in a conical shape, which can make the task fragments enter and be torn and cut at the same time, so that the task fragments are initially broken. The initially broken iron filings move downward to the lower moving knife, and then are further broken by the lower moving knife, and finally the broken iron filings are discharged through the discharge port.
2. The metal dryer consists of a driving motor, a centrifugal dryer system and a frame; The centrifugal drying system is driven by a three-phase motor, and the rotating speed can reach 970 rpm. Under the condition of high-speed operation, the oil attached to the chip is subjected to strong centrifugal force, so that it is separated from the chip, the cutting oil is discharged from the equipment through the oil outlet, and the iron chips are pushed out of the internal cylinder discharge equipment. The machine has the advantages of large single feeding amount, clean chip throwing and thorough solid-liquid separation. According to the special design of the chip, it is durable, easy to operate, safe and reliable, and is an ideal equipment for drying the chip.

The chain plate feeder consists of a driving motor, an overload protector, a hinged chain plate and a shell; Through the movement of the chain plate, the device transports the blocky, strip-shaped fragments or small workpieces and non-agglomerated fragments falling on it to the designated station. The device has compact structure, stable operation, low noise and little external interference, and can transport metal materials and non-metal materials with different materials. The chip removal device comprises a chip removal water tank and a water pump, and the collected chip removal oil can be circulated to the chip removal device of the machine tool, and the water pump comprises a liquid level controller.
