I. Objectives and tasks
By the end of 2022, the city will basically build a moderately advanced, intelligent and efficient charging infrastructure system to ensure that it meets the charging service needs of new energy electric vehicles. The city plans to build and put into operation 200 centralized charging stations; Charging piles 10000, including 3900 in 2020, 3290 in 202 1 year and 28 10 in 2022. Establish a relatively perfect standard and market supervision system to form a unified, open and competitive charging service market. Gradually build a new energy electric vehicle charging network with reasonable layout, convenience and high efficiency, covering the whole city, and realize the sustainable development of the industrial ecosystem of "Internet charging infrastructure".

3. Implement the requirements for new buildings equipped with public charging infrastructure. The newly-built residential parking lot should be equipped with 30% charging parking spaces for new energy vehicles, and 100% charging facilities should be reserved for installation, and low-voltage cables and cable junction boxes should be laid near the parking spaces; Large public building parking lots and social public parking lots should be equipped with 10% parking spaces for new energy vehicles, and 30% of the total parking spaces should be reserved.
