The reconstruction of the north of the city involves four blocks, namely Zhangzhuang Street, long gang zhen, Panhuang Street and Yanlong Street, with a total area of 20.66 square kilometers. Yancheng is a prefecture-level city in Jiangsu Province and one of the 27 cities in the central area of the Yangtze River Delta.
