Now, the architectural design scheme of five-star hotel-gold and silver lake Walden International Hotel (tentative name) is invited for international public bidding, hoping to leave the wisdom and innovation of bidders in this treasure land of gold and silver lake.

1. Project positioning: International five-star lakeside hotel

The development of this project is aimed at guiding and demonstrating the hotel industry in Dongxihu District and Wuhan City, and the scheme design should embody the principle of "ahead, over-the-counter and over-value", and "ahead" is the project. "Surplus" means that the project design should surpass the present situation of Wuhan hotel industry, which is refreshing; "Supervalue" is to create a high-grade, high-grade and high-value international five-star hotel through careful carving in planning, architectural style, environment and materials.

2. This project should follow the people-oriented principle, closely combine the characteristics of geographical location, human history and external natural environment, boldly adopt advanced design concepts and techniques, and comprehensively enhance the value of the hotel and the lot through scientific and reasonable layout.

This project is located in gold and silver lake Eco-Park, a famous "eco-garden city" in Wuhan, with superior environment, and it is adjacent to Yinhu Lake in the east, Jinshan Avenue in the south, Yinqiao flying across Yinhu Lake in the east, gold and silver lake Road, the business avenue of gold and silver lake Eco-City in the west, Sanjiang space land in the north, 75m green belt of Jinshan Avenue and 31m green belt government in the lake. Making full use of the lakeside characteristics and creating a holiday garden hotel atmosphere are the key to the success of this project design. Bidders need to fully demonstrate and elaborate the principles and ideas of scheme design.

4. Project scale and content

(1) The total construction area of this project is about 91,111 m2, and the designer should configure it according to the standard of five-star hotel and meet other design requirements in this tender. The staff living quarters are not located within the scope of this plot.

(2) The project is planned to be constructed in two phases.

The construction area of the first phase is about 61,111 m2, with about 311 guest rooms (which should be decorated by stages when designing) and main supporting rooms for businesses, restaurants, conferences, saunas, nightclubs, etc. In addition, 3-5 single-family high-class guest rooms with about 3 floors are set up in the area with good lake view, with independent parking spaces and entrances; The second phase covers an area of about 31,111 m2, mainly including high-rise business hotels.

In the design, it is necessary to fully combine the current situation and reasonably organize the entrance and traffic streamline to meet the needs of phased implementation.

(3) The project should be a group building, so as to make full use of the landscape and meet the requirements of phased construction. In principle, catering meetings and nightclubs need to be set up separately, with their own independent entrances and exits. Planning and layout should fully understand the process of five-star hotels, and combine the requirements of phased implementation of this project, so that the functions of each part are smoothly linked, the zoning is reasonable and the utilization is economical.

(4) The gold and silver lake area where this project is located has experienced rapid development in recent years, and there are a large number of residential areas. However, the commercial facilities have always remained at the stage of relying on community commercial services, so it is difficult for the region to provide more diversified and comprehensive commercial services, and the life of residents in the area is extremely inconvenient. The location where this project is located is the core of the commercial development of this area. In order to promote the commercial development of gold and silver lake area, when planning and designing the building of this project, the main or part of commercial facilities (such as business, catering, conference, sauna, nightclub, bar, etc.) can be properly considered and arranged in groups to provide high-quality commercial, leisure and entertainment services for residents and consumers in gold and silver lake area. (5) There is a height difference of about 3m between the elevation of the land used in this project and the perennial water surface of Yinhu Lake. When planning buildings and environmental design, hydrophilicity should be fully considered, and the buildings near the lake and underground parking garages should be rationally arranged by using the height difference.

(6) The whole basement is not set in this project as far as possible, and a semi-basement can be set by raising the elevation of the first floor of the building in combination with the environmental layout, with an area of about 8111-11111m2.

VIII. Other matters

1. When the deadline for registration of this design bidding is 17:11 on April 8, * *, the construction unit will comprehensively evaluate all bidders, select three or five as formal tendering units and send formal invitation letters.

2. The tender submission time is 31 days after the bidder receives the formal tender.

3. In this tender, the construction unit and the government will invite well-known experts at home and abroad to form a bid evaluation team to conduct comprehensive bid evaluation.

4. No matter whether the design units participating in the bidding win the bid or not, they will be compensated with the labor cost of RMB 111,111.11 Yuan. ~ 51,111 yuan of transportation subsidy), and can be used as a design alternative for the hotel's subsequent design and construction units to invest in other projects in gold and silver lake. 6. Shortcomings and difficulties
