In view of the causes and properties of mine dust, it is suggested that pulse bag filter should be used as mine dust removal equipment. The whole dust removal system uses dust production points to collect through dust collection hood, enters pulse bag dust collector through pipeline, and is discharged into the atmosphere through chimney after being purified by dust collection bag. That is to say, sealing devices or dust hoods should be installed at the inlet, outlet, upper part of vibrating screen and transfer point of belt conveyor, and double-layer sealing hoods should be installed at the receiving place of transfer point. Cover the dust-producing equipment with a closed hood, or make the dust-collecting room form a uniform negative pressure in the hood to prevent dust from escaping, or use an open hood to form a suction airflow, and control the exposed dust-forming area within a narrow range, so that the dusty airflow can be sucked and pumped away, purified by a bag dust collector, and then discharged into the atmosphere through an exhaust pipe (or chimney).
The dust removal efficiency of mine pulse bag filter can reach above 99.9%, and it has strong dust removal ability, which can solve the dust pollution problem of mine production line well.
