Qingyuan has Longtan, Henghe, Shijiao, Dongcheng, Zhou Xin and Yinzhan Industrial Parks.
The new industrial parks planned by Qingyuan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government mainly include: Guangdong Qingyuan Economic Development Zone (namely Qingyuan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Economic Development Zone), Qingyuan Circular Economy Industrial Park, Industrial Transfer Park, Overseas Chinese Industrial Park and National Industrial Park.
Qingyuan National Industrial Park is divided into two areas, A and B, in which Lianzhou (south of the city) in Area A is planned to be 60,000 mu, and Liannan (Zhaigang) in Area B is planned to be 1.5 million mu;
The location of the industrial park of Taiwan-funded enterprises relies on Guangdong Qingyuan Economic Development Zone and extends to Qingyuan High-tech Industrial Development Zone. According to the master plan, the industrial parks of Taiwan-funded enterprises are in a spatial layout of "one park and multiple zones", with a total planned area of 97,000 mu, including high-tech industrial parks, light industrial parks, heavy industrial parks, modern logistics industrial parks and comprehensive supporting service areas. Qingyuan Economic Development Zone is located in the south of Qingyuan City, 6 kilometers away from the urban area, bordering Huadu District of Guangzhou City. There are many traffic lines running through it, such as National Highway 107, Guangqing Expressway, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Wuhan-Guangzhou Express Line and Qingyuan Branch Line of Guangzhou Metro Line 9.
The export processing zone of Foshan (Qingyuan) Industrial Transfer Industrial Park has a planned area of 2,836.5 mu, which is located in Baijia Industrial Park of High-tech Zone and Foshan (Qingyuan) Industrial Transfer Industrial Park of Qingyuan Economic Development Zone approved by the three ministries and commissions of the state, and conforms to the overall land use planning of Qingcheng District and the overall planning of High-tech Zone. Baijia Industrial Park is located in the south of the new city, bordering Guangqing Avenue in the east, Dayan River in the south, Guangqing Expressway in the west and Qingyuan Avenue in the north. The export processing zone is adjacent to the Senior Technical School in the east, Chuangxing Avenue in the south, Guangqing Expressway in the west and Chuangxing Sixth Road in the north. The area is flat but low-lying, and the land types are mainly cultivated land and fish ponds. The site has obvious location advantages, convenient transportation, complete surrounding infrastructure, good site integrity, convenient closed construction, and conforms to the overall land use planning and urban construction planning.
