The Oriental Harbor International Building invited Mr. Jeffrey Heller, Vice Chairman of American Institute of Architects and Chairman of Heller manus Architects, as the chief designer. The construction process of Oriental Harbor International Building is completely in accordance with the international management mode, and the Oriental Harbor International Building is built with the highest level of team combination. It can be predicted that the completed Oriental Harbor International Building will be a dazzling pearl of the North Bund, shining together with the century-old buildings on the Bund. Oriental Harbor International Building consists of a Grade A office building and a high-grade commercial annex building with independent house numbers. The office building has 26 floors, with a height of 125m, and the commercial building has three floors, with a height of 18m. The main building faces the Huangpu River, and the office part is designed and built according to not less than 5A Grade A requirements and American LEED gold standard, reaching the international certification standard of high-end intelligent office building with high comfort, low energy consumption, low carbon emission and health. The supporting commercial building is equipped with business functions such as lobby, catering, conference and leisure, and a high-grade business service center integrating catering, fitness, swimming and leisure has been built.

Oriental Harbor International Building is one of the key projects of the North Bund invested and developed by Shanghai Zhan Peng Industrial Co., Ltd. This project is located at East Daming Road 1080, near the sea, with a construction land area of 8,826 square meters, an aboveground construction area of 29,378 square meters and an underground construction area of 10454 square meters, with a greening rate of 37%. The project plans to build a Class-A office building with a building height of120m and a total of 26 floors, and a group room with a function of18m, which is positioned for commercial use.
