1. The validity period and review period of the certificate

1. The validity period of the certificate is 6 years;

2. The operation certificate of special personnel shall be reviewed once every three years;

3, special operations personnel must participate in knowledge update training, and go through the review (replacement) procedures after passing the examination;

4. Special operators should apply to the reexamination institution 3 months before the expiration of the reexamination period indicated in the certificate, and the overdue certificate will be automatically invalidated.

II. Conditions for reexamination

One of the following conditions is unqualified for reexamination:

1. Being in good health and free from diseases and physical defects that hinder the operation of the corresponding type of work;

2. No safety accidents occurred during the review period;

3. Apply for review within the review time specified in the certificate;

4. Re-examination must take part in the knowledge updating training for re-examination and pass the examination;

III. Materials to be submitted for re-examination

IV. The time required for re-examination shall be settled within 2 working days after receiving the re-examination materials uniformly submitted by the training institution and approved by the Provincial Administration of Work Safety, which shall not exceed 35 working days.
