Procedures for cancellation of green food certificate

1. The applicant submits an application for cancellation of the certificate to the local provincial green office.

2. The Provincial Green Office verifies the situation, signs the opinions and affixes the official seal, and submits them together with the enterprise application materials and green food certificate to the Central Logo Management Office.

3. After receiving the application, the center logo management office will review it, put forward handling opinions and submit it to the center director for approval.

4. according to the examination and approval opinions of the director of the center, the sign management office will handle the cancellation of the certificate and notify the applicant and the local provincial green office in writing.

5. The Center will announce the cancellation certificate.
