The sugar in the body is too late to be consumed every day, and the fat will naturally never be ranked (eliminated). Sugar after eating will be transformed into subcutaneous fat or visceral fat within three days, so it will remain in the body. If you always eat too much sugar, you will be thin and have ghosts!

I choose to reduce sugar and lose weight because I know the important key to losing weight: "The sugar in the body must be metabolized before fat is consumed". In other words, simply put: if you reduce the intake of sugar, you will immediately catch the fat and eliminate it! In order to really lose body fat! It's obvious whether you say this at a glance, so don't think that if you reduce calories, you will lose weight. If you don't control the amount of sugar you eat every day, it's meaningless to just count the calories.

It's the principle of reducing sugar that attracts me deeply. I couldn't lose weight after eating in the past, so I'll try everything this time!
