At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control in our city is complicated and severe. In order to effectively cope with the risk of imported epidemic situation and ensure the health and safety of citizens, it is decided through research that health management measures will be upgraded for people who have lived in key epidemic areas in China from March 28th at 10. The specific requirements are notified as follows:

1. Implement "7+7" health management measures for people who have lived in districts and cities where high-risk areas in China are located, that is, 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation and 7 days of home health monitoring. During the period of home health monitoring, it is not necessary to go out, participate in party activities, go in and out of public places, take public transportation, participate in various meetings and training activities, and do personal protection. Centralized isolation costs are self-care.

2. During the implementation of "7+7" health management, the nucleic acid was detected on 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9,1,14 days respectively. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 were sampled at the centralized isolation point, and on the 9th 1 1, 14 were tested at the nearest nucleic acid sampling point under personal protection conditions.

3. Implement "3+ 1 1" health management measures for people in other areas, that is, 3-day home isolation+1 1 day health monitoring. Family isolation requires a person to live in a house. No conditions, the implementation of centralized isolation, centralized isolation costs themselves. During the period of health monitoring, it is not necessary to go out, participate in party activities, go in and out of public places, take public transportation, participate in various meetings and training activities, and do personal protection.

4. During the implementation of "3+11"health management, the nucleic acid was detected on1,2, 3, 5, 7, 9,1,14 days respectively. 1, 2 and 3 were sampled at home, and on 5, 7 and 9/1and 14, samples were taken at the nearest nucleic acid sampling point.

5. Please ask the general public not to believe in rumors, not to spread rumors, and to conceal, knowingly fail to report, and violate the epidemic prevention and control regulations, resulting in the spread of the epidemic or other serious illegal consequences, and shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to law. The public security organs will punish illegal acts such as refusing to implement the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, disturbing the order of public places, causing troubles, and obstructing epidemic prevention and control staff from performing their duties according to law. If the circumstances are serious enough to constitute a crime, criminal responsibility will be investigated according to law.

6. This notice shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the date of termination shall be notified separately.
