In all fairness, the on-board service of Xiamen Airlines is indeed the top in China, and the ground handling is also very general. Even as an economy class passenger, compared with the perfunctory services of China Eastern Airlines and Air China, the standard service SOP of Xiamen Airlines will not feel much worse.

Xiamen Airlines frequent flyer silver card can be mixed with gold cards of almost all other airlines. Even in Xiamen base camp, the first-class lounge is very common in both diet and environment. Every time I see a bunch of bugs flying around the juice pouring place, I feel sick!

As the trip approached, China Southern Airlines called to say that the flight on that day had been cancelled, and there were two options, namely, refunding the ticket or changing it to the next day. Because of my trip at that time, the next day was inconvenient. I hope I can change to a ticket two or three days earlier than before.

China Southern did not agree or asked for more money (my low discount at that time was gone). Later, I complained to the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and China Southern agreed to change the visa.

In my opinion, arriving at the destination safely and on time is the top service, while serving tea and offering false greetings is the most basic service!
