Legal analysis: within half a year after the business license expires, you can submit an application to the local industrial and commercial bureau to change the business term, and the shareholders' meeting will make a resolution. A copy of the legal representative's ID card and the original business license will be submitted, and a new license will be filled out within 15 working days after submission. Legal basis: Article 26 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration. Where a company changes its registered items, it shall apply to the original company registration authority for registration of change. Without the change registration, the company shall not change the registered items without authorization.
