2. Submission of materials. After approval, confirm the address information, senior management information and business scope, and submit the pre-application online. After the online pre-trial is passed, submit the application materials to the industrial and commercial bureau according to the appointment time. After passing, you will receive the approval notice of establishment registration, which takes 5- 15 working days;

3. Get a license. On the day of appointment, bring the Notice of Approval of Establishment Registration and the original ID card of the manager to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to obtain the original and duplicate business license. To start a homestay, you need to obtain six certificates, namely: hygiene license, business license, tax registration certificate, special trade license, fire inspection qualified opinion, food circulation license or catering service license.

2. Provide proof of identity and business premises (pre-approval certificate if necessary), fill in the Application Form for Self-employed Business, sign it and pay the fee;

3. Obtain a business license.

Article 17 The establishment of a company shall apply for pre-approval of its name. Where laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions stipulate that the establishment of a company must be approved, or the business scope of the company belongs to matters that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, the company name shall be pre-approved before being submitted for examination and approval, and the company name approved by the company registration authority shall be submitted.

Article 25 A company established according to law shall be issued with the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company. With the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person issued by the company registration authority, the company seals, opens a bank account and applies for tax registration.
