Article 30 The people's governments of cities, districts and counties shall take effective measures to control the concentration of garbage and sources of river pollution that emit malodorous gases affecting the lives of residents.

Article 33 Catering operators must take measures to prevent pollution of the atmospheric environment and comply with the following provisions:

(4) set up special flue for the catering industry, and the height and location of the discharge outlet of the special flue shall not affect the surrounding living and working environment.
