Article 30 The people's governments of cities, districts and counties shall take effective measures to control the concentration of garbage and sources of river pollution that emit malodorous gases affecting the lives of residents.

Article 31 No new construction projects emitting malodorous gases shall be built within the main city, new urban areas and new towns. The original emission of malodorous gases into the atmosphere of chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, sewage units, must be in the environmental protection department within the period specified by the use of advanced technology, processes and equipment, to achieve emission standards. (3) the business premises shall be selected to comply with the provisions of environmental protection, and shall not easily cause environmental pollution disputes. Article 33 Catering operators must take measures to prevent pollution of the atmospheric environment and comply with the following provisions:

(1) use clean energy;

(2) fumes shall not be discharged into the downspout;

(3) set up fume purification devices and ensure their normal operation to realize discharge up to standard;

(4) set up special flue for the catering industry, and the height and location of the discharge outlet of the special flue shall not affect the surrounding living and working environment.

Prohibit open-air barbecue food operations on both sides of the street or in areas with heavy pedestrian traffic.
