1. Be familiar with the creativity and production of video programs, and be able to integrate and optimize the existing business according to market demand and branch development strategy;

2. Strong creativity, quick thinking, good communication skills and good language skills;

3. Participate in major topic planning, live webcasting, etc., be able to complete the video report of breaking news, and continuously improve the quality of original reports through continuous high-quality content creation;

4. Output high-quality content, attract accurate fans, do a good job in user interaction and fan maintenance, and enhance user stickiness and activity;

5. Bachelor degree or above, majored in journalism, radio and television, director, director, camera shooting, animation and other related fields, under the age of 35. IV. Recruitment procedures
