During this time, I not only learned a lot of marketing knowledge that books can't learn, but also made myself more mature and strong. During my internship, I encountered difficulties in my work, so I couldn't sleep at night to find a solution, because I always believed that methods were always more difficult than difficulties. In the specific market, I have been rejected and ridiculed countless times, how many times I cried alone in the middle of the night, and how many times I have decided to pack up and leave; But the next day, I threw myself into my new job early, because I always believed that life lies in persistence, and I could accept failure, but I refused to give up.

In the specific market, I can handle the relationship with customers, and at the same time maintain the customer relationship with the terminal, so that I can feel the fun brought by marketing.
First of all, I want to introduce the basic situation of my market. My Taikang market is a model of deep layout in eastern Henan. It is a township agency system that combines large customers and small customers. In addition to several big customers in the county, each township has set up a first-class dealer, which is completely intensive by the market.
Secondly, I am fortunate to be able to participate in the 20 10 beer war and feel the beer marketing. Our main competitors in the regional market are Wei Xue beer in circulation, Snowflake beer in catering channels, and of course, other brands of beer, such as Tsingtao beer and Yanjing beer.
In order to seize the market, when distributing goods in the circulation field, the promotion policy of the main product of the head office is 10 with 2 plus 1.8 liter soybean oil, which will be displayed for two months, 27 yuan/box; Wei Xue 20 with 3, 28 yuan/box; Snowflake 10 with 2, 28 yuan/box; The competition is fierce. Every terminal store in the county is a battleground for military strategists, and all manufacturers are grabbing it. It is really a war without smoke!
The competition in the catering field is more intense. Everyone is buying a shop. You pay 3000, I pay 5000. After the contest, Venus bought out most hotels, but it also paid a heavy price, spending nearly 2 million yuan to buy stores.
Today, my internship is over. In these three months, I have made a lot of efforts and gained fruitful results. Because of my outstanding performance during this period, I have become a formal salesperson of the group company, enjoying the overall planning of the country and generous salary.

Arriving at 10 on the morning of June 9 is mainly about the preparation before listing. For the goods ordered before the 9th, I think some products of those goods are not good. The first one is a toy electric fan. Such fans are definitely not easy to sell, because:
(1) We are all college students, and that kind of thing is not suitable for people of our age; (2) This thing is not novel. If it is novel, it may be sold according to young people's psychology of liking new things, but this product was seen several years ago; (3) Not practical. The school has fans for every student in the dormitory, and the classroom also has fans and air conditioners, so this kind of thing is useless at all. The second is the bracelet, which can be matched according to your own hobbies, but that kind of thing was sold at the school gate before, and the market is actually very small, so it is not very affordable to match the bracelet. The third one is a sun umbrella. Although students have a great demand for sun umbrellas, the price of this product is relatively high, and the speed of upgrading is not very fast, which is not suitable for our short-term sales that last only a few days. So a poster was posted on the afternoon of the 9th, and the design was not very satisfactory, because it only said that we were engaged in marketing training, but did not specify the content and where the training was conducted.

Considering that students may make a counter-offer, we decided to set it higher, but who knows that as soon as the goods are released, others will leave as soon as they see the price. Later, I also thought about it. As a student, the financial ability is limited, and the price is too high for most people to accept. Moreover, this product is not a brand, but only in a stall, so the pricing is really unreasonable in terms of packaging and its own value. In fact, we can see from here that our professional knowledge is still not solid. There is a chapter in the marketing book about product pricing, saying that pricing should be determined by market supply and demand, product cost, market competition and consumer psychology. Obviously, we didn't consider the market supply and demand and consumer psychological factors in this book. Secondly, the location of the stall is also very important. At first, it was mainly placed in front of seven apartments, so it was difficult for students in Building 2 and Building 3 to understand our activities. The next day, we set up a booth below, and the sales performance was much better than the first day.

There are teachers in the school who can help you solve this problem, but you have to find a way to do everything outside. This time, I met a very interesting thing. Just as we were leaving, I met a health fee collector. Seriously, if it weren't for my internship outside this time, I really didn't know there was such a thing as collecting health fees. I can also learn a lot of things that I can't see in school. Although the sales performance this time is not very satisfactory, I am very happy to think that it is the first time for us to go out and sell a few pieces, and the process of enjoying it is much happier than the result.
I'm really tired from training these days, but there is a saying called "tired and happy".
