Shaoxing Municipal Bureau of Commerce issued the Technical Guide for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Shopping Mall and Supermarket in Shaoxing.

improve the epidemic prevention and control system

implement the main responsibility, and the person in charge of the shopping mall is the first person responsible for epidemic prevention and control, and do a good job in collecting employee information. Improve the epidemic prevention and control system, reserve epidemic prevention materials such as masks, gloves, disinfectants and thermometers, set up emergency areas, and have guidance and support from local medical and health forces.

strengthen training and emergency drills to ensure that employees are familiar with the work requirements such as division of responsibilities, environmental sanitation, personal protection, handling of abnormal situations, and evacuation, so as to be orderly.

establish a staff health monitoring system, ensure that all employees should receive vaccination, register their health status every day, and report to the doctor in time if they feel unwell. The employees engaged in imported cold chain food and other industries with high risk of infection should be screened for nucleic acid, COVID-19 vaccination should be implemented, and the protection of key populations should be strengthened.

Environmental sanitation requirements

theaters, entertainment and other public places in shopping malls should control the number of people watching movies and take effective measures to keep the distance between people in accordance with the relevant regulations of the cultural and tourism departments.

Emergency treatment measures

When there are suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons or confirmed cases of COVID-19 in shopping malls and supermarkets, we should cooperate with relevant departments to do a good job in tracking and epidemiological investigation of close contacts, and immediately take measures such as suspension of business, closed management, and nucleic acid detection for all employees. At the same time, we should immediately shut down the air conditioning and ventilation system corresponding to the activity area of suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons or confirmed cases, and carry out terminal disinfection on the place under the guidance of the local disease prevention and control center, and clean the air conditioning and ventilation system.
