improve the epidemic prevention and control system

implement the main responsibility, and the person in charge of the shopping mall is the first person responsible for epidemic prevention and control, and do a good job in collecting employee information. Improve the epidemic prevention and control system, reserve epidemic prevention materials such as masks, gloves, disinfectants and thermometers, set up emergency areas, and have guidance and support from local medical and health forces.

strengthen training and emergency drills to ensure that employees are familiar with the work requirements such as division of responsibilities, environmental sanitation, personal protection, handling of abnormal situations, and evacuation, so as to be orderly.

establish a staff health monitoring system, ensure that all employees should receive vaccination, register their health status every day, and report to the doctor in time if they feel unwell. The employees engaged in imported cold chain food and other industries with high risk of infection should be screened for nucleic acid, COVID-19 vaccination should be implemented, and the protection of key populations should be strengthened.

Environmental sanitation requirements

Designate access roads and separate people. At the entrance of shopping malls and supermarkets, health codes should be posted and temperature measuring equipment should be added. All personnel can enter only when their health codes and temperature tests are normal and they wear masks.

For the elderly who don't use or operate smart phones, their health codes can be registered with valid ID cards, handled by relatives and friends, and presented with "communication travel cards" to provide manual service guidance.

Strengthen ventilation to promote air circulation, and increase the frequency of disinfection during festivals when people are crowded, so as to ensure that the indoor air hygiene quality meets the Hygienic Indicators and Limit Requirements of Public Places; When the temperature is appropriate, try to use natural ventilation to strengthen indoor circulation, such as using central air conditioning to ensure the normal operation of air conditioning, to ensure a certain distance between the fresh air intake and exhaust outlet, to clean the cooling tower, and to keep the fresh air outlet clean; Run with the maximum fresh air volume during operation, and regularly clean, disinfect or replace the air supply outlet and other equipment.

the inspection and quarantine certificate, customs clearance certificate, disinfection certificate, nucleic acid test report and traceability code of imported cold chain food are encouraged to be posted in the sales area, so that customers can rest assured of consumption.

Current limiting and distance limiting measures

A "one-meter line" should be set to remind customers to keep a safe distance when queuing for payment. Staff should keep a safe distance when communicating with customer service, and people should keep a safe distance when customers buy goods.

The maximum number of customers in a certain period of time should be reasonably set according to the epidemic risk level in the region, and the number of customers in shopping malls and supermarkets should be reasonably controlled by controlling the diversion to prevent people from gathering.

theaters, entertainment and other public places in shopping malls should control the number of people watching movies and take effective measures to keep the distance between people in accordance with the relevant regulations of the cultural and tourism departments.

Emergency treatment measures

When there are suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons or confirmed cases of COVID-19 in shopping malls and supermarkets, we should cooperate with relevant departments to do a good job in tracking and epidemiological investigation of close contacts, and immediately take measures such as suspension of business, closed management, and nucleic acid detection for all employees. At the same time, we should immediately shut down the air conditioning and ventilation system corresponding to the activity area of suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons or confirmed cases, and carry out terminal disinfection on the place under the guidance of the local disease prevention and control center, and clean the air conditioning and ventilation system.
