I. Classification and coding

Assign a red health code to the manager. The red health code indicates that the personnel who are in a high-risk state and implement isolation management in principle are assigned synchronously with red team Management. In the process of isolated diagnosis and treatment of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons, the personnel who are positive in the initial screening of nucleic acid and mixed tube, the close contacts and sub-close contacts of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons, the entry personnel who are undergoing centralized or home isolation medical observation, the overflow personnel who have lived in the middle and high-risk areas outside the area, and the personnel in the middle and high-risk areas designated after the local epidemic have been managed in red team.

Assign yellow health code managers. The yellow health code indicates that it is in a medium-risk state. In principle, the personnel who carry out family health monitoring are assigned yellow code management synchronously. Designate yellow codes to manage the confirmed cases undergoing home health monitoring, asymptomatic infected persons discharged from hospital, close contacts and entry personnel who have completed centralized isolation, risk personnel determined by multi-source comparison in regional survey data, personnel who have not been tested for nucleic acid in the database of key personnel of regional epidemic prevention information, and personnel who need home health monitoring after professional evaluation.

Assign green health standard personnel. The green health code means that it is in a low-risk state, and other personnel except the managers assigned with red team and yellow code can independently and accurately punch in the "My Ningxia" APP to get the green code.

Second, the code transcoding rules

Red team was given to confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons during isolation treatment; Confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected people turn to yellow code after discharge, and implement 7-day home health monitoring; During the family health monitoring, all the results of nucleic acid tests were negative, and there were no COVID-19-related symptoms. After the release of family health monitoring, it became a green code.

For those with positive results of single-tube nucleic acid test, red team with positive results will be given after self-inspection, and COVID-19 infected people will be excluded, and the code will be changed to green after review; Multi-person mixed pipe method is adopted. When abnormal test results are found, first, give red team to the relevant personnel involved in the mixed pipe. If the result of single person and single tube review is negative, the code will be assigned according to the category of personnel, and the risk personnel such as non-close contacts and sub-close contacts will be turned into green codes. If the review result is positive, continue to allocate red team management.

During the 7-day centralized isolation medical observation, red team was given to the close contacts and asymptomatic infected persons of the confirmed cases; After the centralized isolation medical observation was released, it was changed to yellow code for home health monitoring for 3 days; During the family health monitoring, all the results of nucleic acid tests were negative, and there were no COVID-19-related symptoms. After the release of family health monitoring, it became a green code.

Close contacts of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons shall be given to red team during the 7-day medical observation of home isolation; Medical observation turns to green code after removing home isolation.

Give yellow codes to the risk personnel determined by multi-source comparison in regional survey data, and implement home health monitoring; During the family health monitoring, all the results of nucleic acid tests were negative, and there were no COVID-19-related symptoms. After the release of family health monitoring, it became a green code.

For those who return to Nanjing after the isolation, home health monitoring will be implemented for 3 days from the date of entry into Nanjing, during which a yellow code will be given; During the family health monitoring, all the results of nucleic acid tests were negative, and there were no COVID-19-related symptoms. After the release of family health monitoring, it became a green code.

For the personnel in the high school risk areas designated after the outbreak, red team will be allocated from the time when the risk areas are designated. After the medium-high risk area is changed to the low risk area according to the regulations, the relevant personnel will be changed to the green code.

For those who live in high-risk areas outside the district for 7 days, they will be given red team during centralized or isolated medical observation at home; During the isolation period, all the nucleic acid test results were negative, and there were no COVID-19-related symptoms. After the isolation was lifted, it turned into a green code.

For the abnormal health code caused by the wrong information, I can fill in the correct information myself within the same day and automatically turn it into a green code.
