(2) Now the enterprise is operating well and has the financial strength to set up Guangqi Honda special store independently or jointly;

(3) It can provide more than 5,000 square meters of candidate venues for the establishment of exclusive stores;

④ Understand and agree with Guangqi Honda's business philosophy and sales model;

⑤ The investment plan for establishing a new Guangqi Honda special store (company) is clear and reasonable.

Third, about the special store:

① Investment: The operator contributes 100% to build the exclusive store.

Layout of special stores: All special stores of Guangqi Honda are "four in one", that is, "front store and back factory", and the exhibition hall, maintenance workshop and parking lot must be independent integral buildings. Guangqi Honda only agreed on the specific layout with the last selected applicant.

③ Specialization: Only products of Guangqi Honda and Japan Honda can be sold and maintained.

Fourth, the distribution density:

6) About the venue

Under the dual principles of convenience for users and cost, the applicant should choose the location located on both sides of the main road, which is easy to find and easy to enter and exit. Site selection must have clear property rights and meet the requirements of urban planning and environmental protection. Once the application is successful, the construction can be started immediately. The applicant may sign a lease or purchase agreement with the landlord, but Guangqi Honda requires that the applicant shall not make any substantial investment before signing a formal letter of intent with Guangqi Honda.
