Daily maintenance work is particularly important:

2. Check after startup; After starting the machine, check whether all components are operating normally and whether there is abnormal noise; Check whether the amplitude meets the standard; When the iron core collides with the armature, adjust the air gap in time to reach the standard value;

3. Clean the dust inside the vibrator once a year; When the vibrating plate for vibrating screen is seriously worn or damaged; The bolt between the vibrator and the tank body is broken; It should be replaced immediately. When the current value is high, the air gap should be adjusted in time to reach the standard value.
