Since the completion of the first ethylene recovery system of EO/EG plant in Jilin Petrochemical Company in 2002, the membrane recovery system of Dalian Ou Ke has been installed in 9 sets of national * * *1EO/EG plants. These include Maoming Ethylene, Yanshan Petrochemical, Tianjin Petrochemical and Liao Hua. Calculated by saving 8-10kg of ethylene per ton of EO/EG, it can save 8,000 tons of ethylene for the industry every year. It is equivalent to 56,000 tons of crude oil. At the same time, it can save 50% methane and make the equipment run more smoothly.
In 2005, Ou Ke also established the first domestic membrane recovery system to recover butene from off-site gas of Tianjin ethylene LLDPE plant. In 2003, the first domestic LPG recovery system was built in Daqing Refinery. At the same time, our products are also sold to Japan, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
In terms of oil and gas recovery system, Ou Ke and German BORSIG Company established the first professional company focusing on membrane oil and gas recovery in China-Dalian Ou Ke Lide Environmental Engineering Company in 2004, and installed the first membrane recovery device in Sinopec Shanghai Lingguang Gas Station, which can recover 0.3% more gasoline every year, and the emission standard can reach the international standard of 35g/m3. At present, the first domestic oil and gas recovery system with an annual output of 200,000 tons is being established.
In the field of hydrogen recovery, through cooperation with UBE in Japan, nearly 30 sets of industrial devices have been established in oil refineries, synthetic ammonia and methanol industries. Among them, the hydrogen recovery system in Shanghai Petrochemical's 654.38+200,000-ton diesel hydrogenation unit is the largest in the same industry in China at present. Our hydrogen recovery unit (25000Nm3/hr) for exporting 630,000 tons of synthetic ammonia to Iran National Oil Company is the first gas separation membrane export equipment in China and the first membrane recovery system in Iran.
In the field of ultrafiltration membrane, as the only partner of German membrane company in China, Ou Ke founded Dalian Ou Ke Xinyuan Ultrafiltration Membrane Technology Co., Ltd. from June 5438 to February 2003, mainly producing ultrafiltration membrane components for large-scale water treatment and special purposes. In China, Ou Ke cooperated with companies such as Shanghai Peninsula and Beijing Control, and its products have been widely used in pretreatment of electric power, petrochemical, metallurgical, chemical and seawater desalination. Among them, Shanxi Aluminum Company11100m3/h ultrafiltration system is the largest device in China at present. In Shengli Oilfield, Ou Ke has built a set of oily sewage treatment system with the treatment capacity of 1000 m3/d, which is used for reinjection water in ultra-low permeability oilfield. At the same time, the products have been successfully sold back to the European water treatment market.
Dalian Ou Ke Wanyuan Oilfield Membrane Technology Company was founded by Ou Ke in 2005, which is committed to the application of membrane technology in oil fields, and has promoted many new technologies such as treating oily sewage and natural gas by membrane technology in Shengli Oilfield, Daqing Oilfield and Xinjiang Oilfield. The MBR sewage treatment system jointly developed by Dalian Ou Ke and Dalian University of Technology is also in progress.

Recovery of dewaxing solvent for lubricating oil
In this paper, a solvent recovery membrane separation system for solvent dewaxing of lubricating oil is developed. Combined with the traditional multi-effect evaporation solvent recovery process, it realizes partial solvent film recovery at low temperature (dewaxing temperature), reduces the energy consumption of solvent/oil circulating heating-cooling process in the traditional solvent recovery process, lightens the load of the traditional solvent recovery system and refrigeration system, improves the dilution ratio, accelerates the filtration speed, breaks the limitation that the dilution ratio of the traditional process cannot be too large, and finally solves the bottleneck problem of the traditional process of solvent dewaxing of lubricating oil.
Development of membrane distillation technology in metallurgical industry
In the process of alumina production, a large amount of water (such as water brought in by steam condensation during cleaning) enters the alkali liquor circulation system. In order to maintain the effective concentration of circulating alkali liquor, it is necessary to remove excess water from circulating liquid. The traditional process is multi-effect evaporation. The disadvantage of this process is that it is complicated and consumes a lot of energy. In this project, membrane distillation technology is used to partially replace the traditional multi-effect evaporation technology. Membrane distillation process has many advantages, such as using waste heat, no need for high temperature operation, high product purity, etc., and is especially suitable for occasions where there is a lot of waste heat, but the heat level is low and cannot be used. For example, the recovery of waste alkali in metallurgical industry requires high temperature in traditional evaporation process; However, the reverse osmosis technology can not be applied because of the high alkali concentration. In contrast, membrane distillation can be operated at about 60 ~ 70℃, and the concentration of raw materials will not be too high, so the application of membrane distillation technology will bring remarkable economic benefits.
Membrane desulfurization
In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, more and more private cars have entered families. However, a large amount of fuel consumption has also brought serious environmental pollution problems. The sulfur content in gasoline directly affects the emission concentration of fuel waste gas.
Using pervaporation membrane separation technology, sulfur compounds in gasoline can be removed by membrane first. A gasoline product with low sulfur content is obtained at the interception side of the membrane. This process can reduce the sulfur content in gasoline from 500ppm to below 30ppm.
