Then start formal work. Everything that needs to be packed must be looked after. Without inspection, it shall not be packaged and put into storage, and non-working personnel shall not enter. I was not familiar with the workflow at first, and I was always afraid of making mistakes, and the speed was slow, but my team leader was very kind and told me not to worry, look carefully and take your time. Gradually, I became familiar with the whole process and worked with ease. Every day before work, I will count the packed chopsticks for one day, check them three times, make a form, input it into the computer, save it, and make sure it is correct before I leave. The data of this work should be reported to the department head on the same day, who will hand it over to the factory finance department for checking and keeping.
Although the daily work is simple, it needs to be very meticulous and not sloppy, otherwise it will cause losses to the manufacturers. At the same time, we also need to get along with people properly and communicate actively.
