Mainly studies raw material knowledge, nutrition and hygiene, culinary arts, western food making, cooking raw material processing technology, pastry making, food carving and cold cooking, knife making, pastry and cost accounting. This major trains junior and intermediate chefs who are engaged in Chinese and western cooking in tourism and catering services. After studying in our school for two years, students will be selected and sent to Beijing Jinsong Vocational High School for further study and training for one year.
