Fuxin Central Hospital was founded in 1949. It is a large-scale third-class first-class public general hospital integrating medical treatment, scientific research, teaching and rehabilitation. It is a standardized training base for residents, the teaching hospital of China Medical University, Fuxin Central Hospital affiliated to Jinzhou Medical University and the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. This recruitment is conducted by combining theoretical examination with interview examination.
1. Theoretical examination

(2) Examination form: The theoretical examination is conducted in written form, and the content is the basic knowledge of related majors, and the closed-book examination method is adopted. The test questions are objective questions, and the full score of the written test is 100.
2. Extra points
(1) The written test scores of undergraduates and below are multiplied by the coefficient 1, and the written test scores of postgraduates and above are multiplied by the coefficient 1.2.
(2) Those who have doctor qualification certificate and training certificate will be given 10 for each item on the basis of written test results.
(3) Final theoretical score = written test score × coefficient+bonus points
interview
(1) Time and place: further notice.
(2) Interview form: Candidates introduce themselves and answer questions raised by the judges, with full score of 100. The judges scored mainly from five aspects: manners, language expression ability, thinking adaptability, comprehensive analysis ability and professional theoretical level.
During the interview assessment, according to the recruitment position ratio of 1:2, the interview candidates are determined from high to low in theoretical scores. Those with uncertain theoretical scores and tied for the final theoretical scores can participate in the interview.
(D) Total score calculation method
The calculation method of the total score is that the theoretical score and interview score are included in the total score with a weight of 50% respectively.
Total score = theoretical score ×50%+ interview score ×50%
All grades are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. Candidates have a total score of 60 points, and those who fail to reach the passing line are not eligible for admission.
(5) Physical examination and evaluation
1. The hospital ranks the total scores of personnel in recruitment positions from high to low, and determines the candidates for physical examination and assessment according to the recruitment plan 1: 1. Six, personnel management
