Listen attentively.
You never know what the interviewee will say in the interview. If you don't listen, you may miss some important information.
Eye contact
When you ask questions in an interview, you must communicate with the interviewer with your eyes, so that they will know that you are listening patiently and make better answers.
Pay attention to the problem
Follow-up questions are questions that you ask after thinking according to the interviewee's narrative during the interview. Usually, some of the best questions are followed by questions.

Step 4-Report
Reporting is the discussion recorded by the interview team, reviewing the important information about the briefing and interview, and then adding the reporter's own experience and views. Reporting is an opportunity for the team to express their views, and it is also an opportunity to add their own voice to the interview story.
The editor generates and manages reports in four steps. The editor uses his/her notes and research information to discuss the interview, the issues involved, their views and the reporter's experience.
Report preparation:
Prepare and test tools and collect all briefing materials and questions.
Reporting steps:
1 Reproduce the story:
The editor asked the reporter to review the basic facts of the interview and the story: who was interviewed, what was said by the interviewee, when and where it happened, why it was interviewed, etc. The team only needs to discuss the facts of the relevant stories they learned from the briefings and interviews, without their personal experiences and opinions ... Two steps:
2 Personal experiences and opinions of journalists
The editor asked the reporter about the interview and related topics.
3 Introduce the interview story
Each reporter takes turns introducing stories, and chooses one of them as the beginning of the finished manuscript.
4 End of story
Each reporter takes turns to provide short conclusions and summaries of stories or reports, and chooses one of them as the conclusion of the later manuscript.
Key points:
-Follow the reporting steps and the same requirements every time.
-Let every reporter speak and share his experiences and opinions.
-respect each other's views and arguments.
-Manage production reports as soon as possible after the interview.

round table conference
The round table is a recording of a discussion between an editor and several other young people on young topics. The editor prepares questions for the round table in advance, and guides the participants to explore their personal experiences and opinions in the discussion.
Round table preparation:
Like a newsletter, an editor designs a series of questions in advance for the participants of the round table (including the participants and other young people), and each question starts with who, what, where, when, why and how.
Editors need to prepare and test all equipment in advance.

Ask for your opinions and comments.
Say your name every time and tell the whole story.
