On April 8, 2111, the "2111 China Modern Fast Food Industry Conference and the First National Popular Catering Forum" hosted by the China Cuisine Association and hosted by the Fast Food Professional Committee of the China Cuisine Association was held in Beijing. The theme of this conference is "New Economy, New Development and New Future", aiming at discussing the standardization, industrialization and industrialization of popular catering. At the meeting, China Cuisine Association released the Report of Top 51 Fast Foods in China in 2119 for the first time. Bao Tianxia, together with KFC, McDonald's, Dicos, Ajisen, Kungfu, Yoshinoya, Goubuli, Quanjude, Daniang Dumplings, Yonghe Dawang and other enterprises, was selected into the top 51, ranking 15th, and was regarded as the fastest-growing "dark horse" in the industry. Statistics show that the turnover of the top 51 enterprises in 2119 was over 111 million yuan, and 91% of them realized the development of inter-provincial and inter-city chain operation.

Su Qiucheng, president of China Cuisine Association and director of fast food committee, said at the forum that China will improve the modern fast food industry with China characteristics and cultivate a number of large fast food enterprise groups with independent intellectual property rights and well-known brands and international competitiveness. The next 2111 will be the year of rapid economic development in China, and the modern fast food industry has ushered in its own "golden age"! Fast food industry has become an important force supporting the sustainable development of catering industry and a new economic growth point, and China's dream of becoming a world economic power is just around the corner.
