Goods must be stacked on the double-deck pallet; Plastic wrap can not be wrapped on the fresh-keeping tray, which will hinder the circulation of circulating cold air to goods; Don't block the floor under the goods.
The floor of refrigerated truck generally adopts aluminum guide rail floor with ventilation; However, there are also some refrigerated trucks with flat non-slip floors instead of aluminum guide rails. Usually, as a third-party transportation enterprise or a dairy enterprise, it uses a flat non-slip floor, which is suitable for the transportation of various products or convenient for cleaning the ground. But we must pay attention to loading with double-deck pallet to ensure the circulation of cold air on the ground. It is strictly forbidden to pile the goods directly on the flat ground.
Do not pile things in front of the evaporator outlet, otherwise it will hinder the flow of cold air; Blockage above the cargo will lead to short circuit of cold air flow. Keep a distance of at least 225mm between the top of the cargo and the roof.
When loading, do not pile the goods too high, and ensure that the loading height is not higher than the plane height of the air outlet. If the front of the air outlet is blocked or too close to the goods, it will not only affect the storage and transportation temperature of the goods, but also affect the normal work of the refrigeration unit.
Because the air outlet is blocked by goods, cold air (or hot air) cannot circulate normally in the carriage, and the local temperature of goods rises.
On the other hand, due to the defrosting design of refrigeration unit, some air-induced defrosting is adopted. When the goods are too close to the air outlet, the coil in the evaporator of the unit will quickly frost (or freeze), the air inlet switch will act immediately, and the unit will quickly enter the defrosting state; When the coil temperature rises to about 9 degrees (design temperature), defrosting ends immediately. In fact, this is due to the overload of goods.
