From Shenzhen to Guangzhou
It has been half a year since I left Shenzhen, and the official WeChat account related to it still exists on WeChat. For example, eating, drinking and having fun, such as music exhibitions, even public utilities, medicine, supermarkets and so on. I don't want to delete it, thinking that maybe I can go there one day, go to the exhibition, play with my classmates, and maybe I can go through a customs and visit Hong Kong for a long time. Although the Hong Kong and Macao Pass has not been issued yet.

The first impression of coming to Shenzhen is "expensive", which means that clothes, movies and food are expensive. The price of "eating" is reflected in that even the canteen is twice as expensive as Guangzhou, not to mention the delicious food from all over the world in the mall.

Shenzhen can really afford the "world" beam. My boyfriend came to Shenzhen for the first time. He asked, "Is there a local language here?" . I froze for a moment, as if I didn't, although I've only been here for a week. In Shenzhen, the most commonly used word is Mandarin. Cantonese speakers sometimes become "different". During her internship in the hospital, an old lady came trembling into the consulting room and opened her mouth and said, "Huh?" You're hurt! "The teacher was shocked:" Do you have a headache? That should be in god's place! "I sat there and explained that it was a stomachache. People from all over the world gather in Shenzhen to settle down and take root. Maybe this is the culture of Shenzhen. In Shenzhen, anyone can be a "Shenzhen native" as long as they don't check their hukou.

The first half year of coming to Shenzhen is called "two and a half years" (two years in total, the first half of two years). After dyeing my hair, the stylist rolled a paper towel into a stick and made me an "air bangs". Later, the hairdresser "debuted", opened his own hair salon and sent me the location of the new store. But I have never been there once, but I have become a frequent visitor to the "XX Studio" in the apartment across the street. The styling director there is especially good at Japanese hairstyle, which suits me very well. Once I was busy perming my guests and let me fly.

Since the second half of the year, even the hair salon has been less, and I began to think about life. Well, it's the postgraduate entrance examination. Actually, I thought about it six months ago. Shenzhen gave me a chance to start from scratch. In Shenzhen, a city where no one "knows" me, I want to start doing great things.

So, life shuttles between three points and one line. Eat. Come on. Take a bath. Come on. Get dressed and do it quickly. Buy yourself time at all normal times. However, dating, this can't be done quickly. Every time my boyfriend comes to Shenzhen, I feel glad that I finally have a reason to be lazy. The trilogy of dating straight men has also been condensed into one-looking for food. I have eaten rice rolls King Pastry King Roast Goose King Japanese Food Buffet, Spicy Balsamic Pot and Fish Hotpot, but I have never eaten beef Hotpot. I used to go to KKmall for "three meals a day", and I could eat two meats and one vegetarian when I bought 99 yuan. Unfortunately, this family later closed down. Is it because we ate it all? My boyfriend and I both think so.

I went back to Guangzhou several times during "2 30". I went back with two other boys in the internship group, in a hurry to catch the high-speed train. It's a good thing I did. I lamented the chaotic crowds in Guangzhou East (that's because I haven't seen the previous Guangzhou Railway Station) and said, "Shenzhen Metro can pay by WeChat, which is in good order." They said, "Guangzhou is ok."

Speaking of Shenzhen, I can tell many advantages of it. The city is neat and orderly; The window is open and dynamic; Life is rich and colorful. The weather in Shenzhen is always sunny, which is dry and comfortable compared with the intermittent humidity in most southern cities. In Shenzhen, you can see all kinds of exhibitions, some of which are artistic, while others bring the most advanced technology to your fingertips. In Shenzhen, you don't have to worry about not getting on the subway, because people here are never "crowded" and consciously queue up, no matter who they are. In Shenzhen, there is never a shortage of opportunities to make money. After hard work, strangers will always find the first bucket of gold.

In the last six months, the dust settled and I will return to Guangzhou soon. Until then, in addition to "looking for food", I can finally have a good stroll. Wang Di Tower is the tallest building in China in 1990s, where you can overlook the whole city and Hongkong. Shenzhen Museum of Contemporary Art and Urban Planning is one of the 60 landmark major construction projects in Shenzhen's "Twelfth Five-Year Plan". This young building is located near Lianhua Mountain, a few steps ahead is Shenzhen Book City, next to Shenzhen Concert Hall, which blends modernity and nature just right. I am ashamed to say that I only went to Shenzhen University in the last six months, but all my friends who came to Shenzhen took me.

It was very calm when I left Shenzhen, which was very different from when I first came here two years ago. Two years ago, I set out from Guangzhou and got on the bus to DC. I cried all night before I left. Why are you crying? Maybe I miss Guangzhou, maybe I bid farewell to the memory here, maybe I'm ... melodramatic.

Once, Guangzhou was also my ideal city. Freshman, new here, full of curiosity about everything here. Watch movies in Tianyu Square, take a walk in Zhujiang New Town, take photos in the red brick factory, and go shopping in Sports West. On weekends, I went to Yuexiu Park to climb mountains and watch the dancing sun, listened to several concerts in the Grand Theatre, ate squab in Zhou Xiao Village and rode on the Biological Island. The classmate said that Guangzhou satisfied all her fantasies about life. For me at that time, wasn't it?

When I first arrived in Shenzhen, I couldn't bear to delete the official WeChat account about Guangzhou in WeChat. There is a performance at the Grand Theatre, Jia Zhengxin Store, Red Brick Factory will be demolished, and Sun Xintiandi will be transferred ... Over time, the news of that world has become news for me, with news from a distance.

Compared with Shenzhen, Guangzhou is generally more contemporary and human. This ancient city has become a unique landscape. On Beijing Road, you can see the wonderful integration of historical axis and modern business. People who eat string windows will hardly remember that it was called "double door bottom" in Qing Dynasty. Only those children who are playing on benches will suddenly see the remains of dynasties under the pavement glass. The old man shaking his fan and chatting in the street inadvertently reminded you that you don't know Cantonese and you are not from Guangzhou.

It seems that the fantasy of Guangzhou and Shenzhen has gradually faded. Going back and forth between the two cities, coming and going, once fresh is no longer fresh. The ideal has also changed from a specific city to a specific pursuit. I fully understand the dream of "I must stay here and stay in this city" and my determination. But I don't have that strong desire. It is generally recognized that no matter how big the city is, it is just the carrier of people's lives. Whether the city chooses people or people choose cities, there is no need to constrain the pursuit for one side of the land. But perhaps, some people's pursuit lies in this.

I have seen the sea, so I can't say I haven't. It used to be difficult for sea water to touch water. Forever amber, general love, and many other aspects of life are also interlinked. For me, having seen the stars and the sea, I no longer envy those distant mountains. From Guangzhou to Shenzhen, and then from Shenzhen to Guangzhou, people, things and ideas have changed along the way. It seems that the feeling of struggling in a foreign land can only be said slowly when you return to your hometown.

I made a wish for myself when I came to Shenzhen two years ago.

During this year in Guangzhou, I told myself not to let my talents be buried again.
