Festival activities, thank-you theme days and/or Sundays, special days, Mother's Day and Father's Day are all good catering marketing schemes:
1. Festival activities (global, traditional and non-traditional): restaurants can use global festivals, including traditional and non-traditional festivals, to attract customers to the restaurant to participate in festival celebrations. For example, China is traditional (Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, Labor Day, Teacher's Day, Children's Day, etc.) and China is not traditional (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas Day, Easter Day, Ghost Festival, etc.).
2. special days: the restaurant should list the special days of the whole year, and then list the contents of the activities by month and make plans for organizing the activities. For example, there are national festivals in China, various festivals in the West, or special days can be created, including the special days of the restaurant itself, which can be the content of the activities.
3. Mother's Day: Westerners don't allow their mothers to go out in the kitchen on Mother's Day, because mothers do housework and cook all the year round. On Mother's Day, children invite their mothers to a restaurant to celebrate and express their gratitude to their mothers. Restaurants should design some activities and small gifts to celebrate Mother's Day.
4. Father's Day: Every year, the third Sunday in June is Father's Day for westerners. On that day, children have to eat in restaurants to celebrate their father's holiday. Restaurants can organize some activities and prepare some commemorative gifts accordingly.
5. thank you theme day/or Sunday: you can divide a month into weeks to plan. For example, this week is designated as secretary week, next week as boss week, next week as friends week and then as teachers week. Then, try to contact different types of customers and tell them what special discounts you can get for dinner that week.
