The land can only be used to build commercial buildings (including office buildings), which must be occupied by banks and other financial institutions.
Business and financial land and ordinary base use is not the same, most of the ordinary base is used to build houses to live, such as resettlement housing, commercial housing and so on. The houses built on business and financial land are mainly used for factories, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and so on.
The price of a commercial house built on business and financial land is much higher than that of an ordinary house, and the utility bills that need to be paid in the later stages of living will be about two times more expensive than those of an ordinary house.
