According to the detailed planning of the district, 126 Cultural and Creative Park is mainly used for commercial facilities, which is compatible with commercial and cultural facilities. the adjustment scope is located in the south of the southern section of Changhong Avenue and the north of 126 Cultural and Creative Park in Mianyang City, mainly involving units S(12.C)-a-12 and S(12.C)-a-13 of Yuyingba Area in the Regulatory Detailed Planning of Mianyang Old City, with a total area of about 14.62 hectares.
