(2) Health requirements

1. Marathon is a high-intensity, long-distance competitive sport, and it is also a high-risk competitive event, which requires high physical conditions for the participants. Participants should be healthy and take part in running exercise or training for a long time. Participants can choose projects according to their physical condition and ability. Patients with the following diseases should not participate in the competition:

(1) Patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;

(2) Patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;

(3) Patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases;

(4) Patients with coronary heart disease and severe arrhythmia;

(5) Diabetic patients with hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia;

(6) Other patients with diseases unsuitable for exercise.

2. During the competition, the contestants are responsible for personal injuries and property losses caused by personal health and other personal reasons. The organizing committee of Hengshui Lake International Marathon requires every contestant to go to the corresponding medical institution for a physical examination before the competition, so as to be healthy.

(5) Registration method

Amateur athletes in 1, marathon and half marathon events who register at the designated registration point must register according to the relevant requirements with their original valid certificates such as their ID cards (passports, military officers' cards). 2. Registered athletes of China Athletics Association must register through the online registration system of China Athletics Association.

3. After the online registration is successful, please click on the registration information column, then click Download, print the personal registration form, and sign my name at the player's declaration office (minors must be signed by the guardian). 4. Apply for athlete registration with grade standards.

(1) Only marathon events are allowed to reach the standard, and only level 2 or above is allowed.

(2) Players who have reached the level of athletes must register with the original valid documents at Hengshui Sports Bureau, Hebei Province. When registering, you must select the option of reaching the standard in the registration form, pay the registration fee according to the regulations, and submit three recent bareheaded color photos of yourself 1 inch, electronic scanned photos (front and back) of the second-generation ID card, physical examination certificate, company recommendation letter and proof of completing the marathon within 12 months. The organizing Committee has the right to decide whether to accept the registration.

Only Hengshui athletes can sign up for the mini marathon, and they must sign up in the competition department of the organizing Committee. The registration form can be downloaded from the official website of Hengshui Lake International Marathon 20 15 or collected from the Competition Department of the Organizing Committee.

(7) Registration fee

1, marathon and half marathon: each athlete in China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) 100 RMB; 60 dollars (or equivalent RMB) for each foreign athlete.

2. Invited foreign athletes and IAAF athletes registered in China are exempted from registration fees.

3. The registration fee for qualified athletes is 300 yuan per person.

4. Only one-time chip fee will be charged to the unregistered athletes who won the prize in Hengshui Lake International Marathon from 2065438+02 to 2065438+04, 35 yuan.

(8) Payment method of registration fee

1. For athletes who have registered online, please take screenshots of relevant supporting materials after successful payment.

2. Athletes who register at each registration point, please pay the registration fee at the registration point.

3. After successful registration, the registration fee will not be refunded.

(9) Accommodation and transportation arrangements for athletes

1. The accommodation, local transportation and travel expenses of the invited athletes shall be implemented according to the agreement, and other expenses shall be borne by themselves.

2. Accommodation and local transportation expenses of registered athletes in the roster shall be borne by the Organizing Committee (accommodation shall be arranged in standard rooms, and the Organizing Committee shall only be responsible for free accommodation for staff in the roster for 2 days and 2 nights), and other expenses shall be borne by itself. All expenses for the overstaffed personnel who report in advance shall be borne by me, and the room and board expenses shall be paid in 230 yuan RMB per person per day.

3. Amateur athletes should pay their own expenses.

(11) Report

1. Athletes must report and collect related items from September 24th to 25th. Athletes must provide a health certificate issued by the medical department at or above the county level and an individual registration form signed by themselves (see the supplementary notice for the registration place).

2. Referees appointed by China Athletics Association and Hebei Province should report at the specified time.

(2) Registration: 40 minutes before the competition, athletes are invited to show their original passports, registered athletes show their registration cards, and qualified athletes show their original second-generation ID cards.

(3) Starting sequence: Stand in order of invited athletes, registered athletes, athletes who have applied for grade standards and amateur athletes; The events are arranged in the order of marathon, half marathon and mini marathon, with a distance of 30 meters.

(4) Competitive issuance: Take the form of one-time issuance.

1. The organizing committee will arrange a separate number section for athletes who have reached the athletes' level, and the number cloth will be distributed when they report before the competition.

2. Athletes who meet the grading standards must go to the marathon special check-in area with their original second-generation ID card 40 minutes before the competition to check in with registered athletes. Athletes who did not attend the registration shall not apply for grade athletes because of their achievements.

3. After the competition, the organizing committee will check the timing results, videos and photos. Reach the top athletes, and publicize the competition results in official website 10 days.

4. Those who reach the grade standard have no objection after the results are publicized. The athletes themselves are requested to apply to the organizing committee of the competition to issue a letter of confirmation of results, receive the order book and the result book, and submit the result certificate to the local sports bureau for grade certificate.

(6) Closing distance and time

In order to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the competition, closed time will be set along the competition route during the games, and social traffic will be controlled and closed within a limited time. If the competitor fails to complete the corresponding distance within the specified closing time, please withdraw from the competition immediately to avoid danger. Athletes who quit the competition can take the accommodation car arranged by the organizing Committee to reach the finish line. (7) Marathon and half marathon use induction timing equipment, and each participant must wear a disposable non-recyclable induction timing chip issued by the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee has set up timing chip induction belts at the starting point (end point), the turning-back point and every 5 kilometers. Participants must run one after another in the competition. If you don't score at any time point, the athlete's score will be cancelled. Except the starting point, the performance error of the two timing chips at any time point is less than 0. 1 second, which will also cancel the performance of the relevant athletes.

(8) Athletes who have completed the marathon or half marathon within the closing time will take two pieces of complete large-size cloth to the food supply office to collect supplies, and print the results certificate in official website after the results are announced.

(9) Competition clothes storage room (only for storing the clothes of marathon and half marathon athletes). After the competition, the clothes storage room will be closed on the day of the competition 15:00. Athletes are required to get their clothes back within this time. If it exceeds the collection time, it can be collected at the organizing Committee of the competition the next day; If it is not collected within 5 days, the organizing Committee will treat it as unclaimed.
