4. Without the consent of Party A, Party B sublets the house to others, or engages in illegal activities and stores dangerous goods, which affects public safety. Party A has the right to terminate the contract.

5. Renewing the lease: After the lease expires, if Party B needs to continue to use it, it must submit it to Party A one month before the lease expires. Party A will sign the lease contract for the next year according to Party B's wishes, and Party B will pay the full rent at the same time.

6. If Party B fails to renew the lease upon the expiration of the lease term, the lease relationship will be dissolved naturally. Party A has the right to take back the house, and Party B shall move out within five days after the lease expires. If the house is not returned at the expiration of the lease period, in addition to paying the rent, it shall also compensate for the liquidated damages. 7. Liability for breach of contract: If either party breaches this contract, it shall compensate the other party for the liquidated damages of 1000 yuan.
