Yushu city is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province, managed by Changchun City, located in the hinterland of Songliao Plain and the center of the triangle formed by Changchun, Jilin and Harbin.

There are no mountains in the territory, and the terrain is relatively flat and slightly undulating. Hu Ba Tourist Area is located in dongjiacun, Peiying Sub-district Office of Yushu City (formerly Wang Jiacun), only 3 kilometers away from the urban area and 0.5 kilometers away from Ketie Highway. Donggou Reservoir in the tourist area is about 138 hectares, with open water surface and lush aquatic plants. On the east bank of the reservoir, there is a hillside with a north-south strike of about 1 km, covering an area of about 6 hectares. There are elm, maple, poplar, pine and other tree species 10 on the mountain, and the trees are lush. There is an ancient tree on the hillside, with an age of 100 years. The trunk is about 3 meters long and is regarded as a "mountain elm" by local people. Wang Bao-this is a good place for tourists to fish, relax and enjoy the fish feast. Every summer, there are more than 10 wooden boats for tourists to row on the water, and there are more than 10 barbecue shops on the shore to provide catering services such as grilled fish and barbecue for tourists.
