1. The processing business premises should have sufficient natural lighting or artificial lighting, and the working surface of the food processing area should not be less than 220lux, and other places should not be less than 1 10lux. The light source should not change the natural color of the observed food.
2. Lighting facilities installed directly above exposed food should use protective covers to prevent broken glass fragments from polluting food. Explosion-proof lamps should be used in frozen (hidden) warehouses.
