It should be called Hongjialou. Hongjialou Catholic Church was built here in Germany in 1905, hence the name, which has been used ever since. As for why it is called Hongjialou, there is no textual research. Now it belongs to a place name, and it doesn't make any sense.

It is called the Red Chamber Square because it is next to the Red Chamber Church.

People in Jinan are used to talking about the Red House, but by bus, the name of the station becomes Hongjialou.
