1. Click the CDR icon on the computer desktop first, or enter the program to select CDR, and click to start CDR software.

2. In the page that opens, create a new canvas with A4 size, and then click OK.

3. Then choose the table tool to draw two tables, the size is self-determined.

4. Align and paste the two tables. When they are put together, they look like a table, but when you choose, you will find two tables, so you should merge them.

5. Select two tables with the selection toolbox, and right-click to select "Convert to Curve" (shortcut key Ctrl+Q).

6. Then select the "Merge" command in the property bar to merge the two tables into one table.
