Fried chicken wings with lemon cola
I drank almost all the cola at home, because it tasted as bad as sugar water when I was out of breath, so I never touched it. Mom bought some chicken wings and asked me to make coke chicken wings. This time, I picked some leaves from my own lemon tree and made a special flavor of fried chicken wings with coke.
material
10 chicken wings, 3 lemon leaves, ginger, garlic, oil, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, raw flour.
working methods
1. Wash and dry chicken wings. Across the water. Chop one lemon leaf and break the other two with a blender for later use. Stir the garlic with a blender (don't break it all).
2. Add a proper amount of cola (soaked in chicken wings) to chicken wings, add garlic, ginger, a little salt, chicken essence and a proper amount of soy sauce, and stir and marinate for 2 hours.
3. Stir-fry garlic, ginger and lemon leaves. Fry the chicken wings until they are 70-80% mature, then pour in the cola marinade and boil, then simmer for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with lemon leaves and stir-fry evenly for a while.
4. Stir a little raw flour with water and pour it into the pot to thicken.
skill
Lemon and garlic are rich in flavor and much more delicious than ordinary coke chicken wings:)
