Ingredients: cuttlefish balls, shiitake mushrooms
Ingredients: salad oil, cooking wine, salt, garlic, ginger, chives, light soy sauce, cornstarch
Method:
1. Cut cuttlefish balls into cubes, cut mushrooms into cubes, mince garlic, shred ginger, and cut onions into sections
2. Add oil to the pot, first add minced garlic and saute until fragrant. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry.
4. Push the mushrooms aside, add some oil, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, add cuttlefish ball slices, add some cooking wine, and stir-fry.
5. Add some salt, light soy sauce, and water and simmer.
6. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry, cook for a while, thicken with cornstarch, remove from the pan and put on a plate, sprinkle with some scallions.
