tomato and egg noodles
Ingredients: tomatoes, eggs, noodles, onions, oil and salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash tomatoes, cut them, blanch them in boiling water, peel them and dice them.
2. Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
3. Cook the noodles in a boiling water pot until half cooked, and take them out.
4. Put oil in the wok, add diced tomatoes and eggs, and stir-fry until the egg liquid is solidified.
5. Add broth (water) and cook with noodles.
6. Turn off the fire, season with salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
