1. Main ingredients: two ribs.
2. Ingredients: 1 sweet potato, 2 cloves of garlic (minced), 20 grams of minced ginger, soy sauce, five-spice powder, sugar, 1 tablespoon of black bean paste, 2 tablespoons of maltose, and 2 tablespoons of water.
3. Use a knife to make cross marks on the pork chop, reaching as deep as the bone.
4. Spread minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, five-spice powder, sugar and black bean sauce evenly on the surface of the ribs, seal and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 5 hours.
5. Peel and wash the sweet potatoes and cut into thick slices. Brush oil and spread on the bottom of the baking pan. Place the marinated ribs on the sweet potato slices.
6. Cover the ribs with tin foil and bake in a 180 degree oven for about 60 minutes.
7. Take a small pot, boil maltose, water, 1 spoon of soy sauce, and appropriate amount of five-spice powder over low heat to make syrup. Set aside.
8. Take out the roasted ribs, remove the tin foil, and brush the sugar juice on the surface of the ribs.
9. Put the ribs in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes (without covering with tin foil).
10. Take a plate, put the rice in a container and place it upside down in the center of the plate.
11. Place an appropriate amount of the roasted ribs on the rice, and place the sweet potato slices from the bottom of the baking pan on the ribs.
12. Pour the remaining sugar juice over the ribs.
