Soak glutinous rice overnight in advance, wash and drain for later use.

Third step

Put glutinous rice/mushrooms/fungus/carrots into a bowl, add a proper amount of soy sauce (glutinous rice is almost colored) and stir well. Put it on a plate and steam it in boiling water for 35 minutes.
