Tools/ingredients: 1 bitter gourd, 2 eggs, garlic, 2 peppers, 5ml of cooking oil, 3g of soy sauce, 3g of cooking wine, 3g of salt and a pot.
1, pedicled and pulped bitter gourd, sliced.
2, garlic slices, pepper minced.
3. Boil clear water, pour in bitter gourd, blanch for 30 seconds, remove and drain.
