As we all know, not all dogs can be chosen as police dogs. At present, the varieties that can become police dogs are relatively fixed.
First, the German shepherd. Is one of our most common police dogs. He is quick in action and adapts to various environments.
The second kind is our native dog, Kunming Dog. He is a new type of military police dog carefully cultivated from Yunnan folk German shepherd for nearly 40 years. He can adapt to the plateau climate and is good at tracking and biting. Tens of thousands of Kunming dogs are widely used in frontier inspection stations, public security investigation, drug control, explosion prevention, patrol, escort, armed police and so on.
The third is the Labrador retriever. Labrador's personality is excellent, his appearance is kind and lovely, and he is very popular with everyone. A police dog now used for detecting drugs and explosives by police dogs. This kind of dog is often regarded as a pet dog in life, but in fact it is often used as a search and rescue dog and a guide dog for the blind. It has a gentle personality and a high IQ!
The fourth kind of Du Binquan. That is, Du Binquan, which we often say, is a medium-sized mastiff with a high body.
The fifth Rothwell. It is a working dog, with strong appearance, muscular, calm and decisive appearance. However, this kind of dog is not as fierce as it looks, and even to some extent, they are docile and easy to get along with.
The sixth is a Belgian shepherd. This kind of dog is alert, smart and very alert.
The seventh is springer. It is a dog with quick action and good obedience. Although compared with other kinds of police dogs, they are not very big, but their athletic ability is quite outstanding. After training, they can do quite a lot of work, generally as police work, such as searching for drugs.
Of course, not all the above dogs can become police dogs, and they need to undergo strict selection and training.
Like all puppies, dogs are born in their mothers' arms until the full moon. After the full moon, I began to receive infant training and began to hold cloth heads and the like until I wanted, motivated, jumped, bit and hugged for six months. Then the puppies are assessed, the unqualified ones are eliminated, and the qualified students are assigned. According to their personality, they are divided into different groups: those who are bold and fierce go to the public security explosion-proof group, those who like to sniff around go to the anti-drug group, those who like to run around with their heads down, and those who like to lock the smell and dig holes go to the search and rescue group. After continuous training and final examination, the students who passed the examination returned to their original units and officially became police dogs.
